The Bertona family is related to the Argentinean viticulture since the arrival in 1893 from Piamonte, Italy . Emilio Angelo Bertona, together with her wife and six children settled down in Mendoza at The Andes foot hills, and start growing vineyards the way they do in the Alps.
Today we grow 250 Acres, varieties like Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Semillon, Tempranillo, Torrontes . We elaborate every year just the outstanding lots of grapes.
PIONEERS GROWERS OF MALBEC IN LUJAN DE CUYO
As an Italian family we grow our grapes and make our wines with a lot of passion and love. Year by year the hole family (included the young lady Bertona) collaborate with the harvest, that make us special. The tradition, passion, and dedication make us different from the big industrial corporations.
